Your submitted forms confirm consent to functional health coaching, confidentiality protocols, and active collaboration. We request at least twenty-four hours notice for any consultation scheduling adjustments or appointment updates.
Our team will conduct a thorough ninety-minute review of your metabolic health history and lab results. You will receive an email within two business days to finalize your initial test review consultation.
